When another pest control company that we had used for several years confirmed drywood termites but told us they didn't treat/tent, we went on a search for a company to treat. Found Rick Ricker and had spot treatment done which was successful. The next year we switched over our routine pest control to Rick Ricker as well after our other company increased required frequency (aka charges) of preventative treatments.
Just had Brian out to my house - HE IS FABULOUS. Our usual Rick Ricker Rep has retired - Brian is definitely going to be our go to guy. He was incredibly thorough, informative - respective of the current situation - wearing a mask the entire time. Thank you Brian
